仕事内容

Project/Program Management
 Support global service delivery programs for both Customer Service and Logistics, driven by LVMH Watches&Jewelry brands in both technical and non-technical areas
 Define project goals and deliverables aligned with requirements of internal and external stakeholders
 Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including the development of a Project Plan, coordination of monitoring, controlling, and quality management processes
 Analyze the existing customer service and logistics operations, map flows and processes, conduct surveys to identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to be implemented in the future project roadmap

求める
人材

Technical skills:・ Ability to complex analysis, communicate results, and forecast outcomes
・ Familiarity with core SCM (Supply Chain Management) frameworks, tools, and techniques. Experience with logistics would be a plus
・ Knowledge of Project Management best practices
・ Familiarity and practical knowledge of Office365 and Data Analytics tools (e.g.: Power BI) would be an asset

学歴

LVMH Watch & Jewelry：Customer Service and Logistics Project Manager

Education: Master’s degree with at least 3 years working experience or bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years working experience

言語

Language: Practical ability to efficiently communicate in both English and Japanese
Professional experience & expertise
 Previous experience in a multinational company would be a plus
 Experience in coordinating/managing projects in a multi-stakeholder environment
 Overseas work experience is a plus
 Strong interest in the Watches and Jewelry business
Personal & interpersonal skills:
 Customer-focused
 Good interpersonal skills
 High level of attention to detail and quality control
 Strong work ethic, flexibility, and “can do” & solution-minded approach
