LVMHW&J： Project Manager

Project/Program Management  Support global service delivery programs for both Customer Service and Logistics, driven by LVMH Watches&Jewelry brands in both technical and non-technical areas  Define project goals and deliverables aligned with requirements of internal and external stakeholders  Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, including the development of a Project Plan, coordination of monitoring, controlling, and quality management processes  Analyze the existing customer service and logistics operations, map flows and processes, conduct surveys to identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions to be implemented in the future project roadmap

Technical skills:・ Ability to complex analysis, communicate results, and forecast outcomes ・ Familiarity with core SCM (Supply Chain Management) frameworks, tools, and techniques. Experience with logistics would be a plus ・ Knowledge of Project Management best practices ・ Familiarity and practical knowledge of Office365 and Data Analytics tools (e.g.: Power BI) would be an asset
