● Above 7+year working experience in Store Business Management and at least 5+ years in fashion retail business. ● Ability to influence, lead and collaborate, result driven. ● Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment ● Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software ● Strong business acumen and able to think outside the box ● Good leadership and management skills. ● Good knowledge for department stores operations. ● Strong strategic and analytical problem-solving skills ● Good command of both English and Japanese 上記の職務が１００％でないと難しい職務ではありません。
